The Ledge

The Ledge is the 2^nd phase of the Quarterside project being developed by Boulevard Centro. This complex is located on Mcdowell between 6^th and 7^th street in 1^st Ward. Along with 202 condos, Quarterside will have 18,000sqft of retail space and 12,000sqft of office space. All condos at The Ledge are contemporary open loft style condos and the building will feature a courtyard with a swimming pool. Condos at The Ledge will range in size from 407sqft to 1284sqft and start in the low/mid $100,000’s.
